Return & Refund Policy

At JomanBeauty, we care about the quality and safety of our products. Due to hygiene and health reasons, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned once opened or used.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

*We accept returns only in the following cases:

*You received the wrong product

*The product arrived damaged

*There is a clear manufacturing defect

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return Approval

*To be eligible for a return:

*The product must be unused and unopened

*It must be in its original packaging

*Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided

*Order number must be included

JomanBeauty reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

*Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

*For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after deducting any applicable shipping fees.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

*Opened or used products

*Discounted or promotional items

*Gift cards

5. Shipping Costs

*If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), JomanBeauty will cover the shipping cost.

*If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
